Grapes: Corvina 80%, Rondinella 15%, Molinara 5%Gerardo Cesari was IWSC Italian Wine Maker of the Year in 2004 & 2006. Yet another fabulous Amarone. 'Il Bosco' comes from a single vineyard of old established vines and is only made in exceptional years. The best quality grapes are individually selected to be dried before pressing. The wine is then aged in large barrels then smaller barriques for three years, with further bottle ageing prior to release.
