Stella Artois has a bold, fruity, and malty sweetness in terms of flavour. The hops are moderated to give this beer a smooth, well-rounded, dry, yet crisp finish. According to its manufacturer, water, barley, and hops are the only ingredients used to make this premium lager.
Stella Artois pairs well with salmon, tuna and marbled meat. Stella Artois and fish and chips share several flavour similarities and complementary elements. You can use Stella Artois in the cooking stage as well, with the beer's carbonation adding a pleasant lightness to the batter and giving it a slight cracker flavour.
